Step 1: Document Generation (Oracle EBS)
PDF generated using BI Publisher
Unique Transaction ID (Check ID) attached
Document sent for signing
Step 2: e-Signature Process (DocuSign / Adobe Sign)
Customer signs the document digitally
Signed PDF is returned with embedded identity
Step 3: Secure Storage (Oracle WebCenter Content - UCM)
Signed document stored centrally
Metadata captured (Transaction ID, Doc Type, etc.)
Document linked back to Oracle EBS
End Result:
Users can simply search using Transaction ID and instantly retrieve the signed document
