 New Version with New BUG in JDeveloper 11.1.1.7.0:

 ERROR while updating the WSDL Endpoint URL in JDeveloper 

11.1.1.7.0 using "Edit Web Service Connection"

ERROR:

"Failed to update the connection details due to: (null)"


Solution:

This is bug open by Oracle so they have applied a Patch set to resolve this.
