Problem:

oracle.imaging.axf.resources.AxfException: javax.ejb.EJBException


Solution:

1. Stop WebCenter Content: Imaging Server and Admin server
2. Clear the Temp files located at: /[IPMDomain]/servers/AdminServer/tmp and same for IPM server
3.   Start Admin Server
4.    After Admin started, start UCM and IPM simultaneously
5   After IPM & UCM started, start SOA.
